Beyond the Boundary explores the idea of crossing — from soil into light, from known into open space. The elongated format suggests a path or passage, narrowing the landscape into something intimate and contemplative.
 
Pigments derived from earth and botanicals are layered with wine-based washes, embedding the memory of land directly into the surface of the paper. The restrained palette allows texture and materiality to take precedence.
